  Donna Russell is the ultimate in real estate agents! When I was looking to buy a house in the Highland area, I was living in the Syracuse area and was unable to travel to look at homes. Donna was on the lookout for a home that met all of my needs, which were plenty. She worked extensively with my family and found the perfect home for me just a mile from one of my sisters. Her work did not end with the finding; she kept me informed of everything I needed to know, e-mailed paperwork to me, helped me find a mortgage company and attorney, and arranged for all necessities in the purchase process so that I did not have to worry about details that would have been impossible for me to manage alone from out of town. She sent pictures of the house, inside and out, and I knew I would just love it when I moved in. I must say that this home buying adventure was much simpler and easier than my previous experience in home buying, and I couldn't be more pleased. Donna, you are the greatest!

 I have been wanting to write this letter for some time and have finally made a concerted effort to do so. I have never really thanked you for your efforts in aiding me in selling my mother's home after her passing. The selling of a home is quite traumatic and bittersweet at best but more especially when it holds wonderful memories of a family's past. Holidays, weddings, births, anniversaries, family were all so very special in the little house in Plattekill. My family and I consider ourselves very lucky to have had you as our agent.
